Founded by a veteran, run by a family
In 1997, a 27-year-old Army veteran named Jason Cox decided to build something in Janesville. He had the technical training, the discipline from military service, and a straightforward idea: treat every customer honestly, do quality work, and stand behind it. Nearly 30 years later, J.C. Heating and Cooling, Inc. has grown into one of Rock County's most trusted HVAC companies.
What started as Jason's one-man operation has become a true family business. Dawn Cox, co-owner and Operations Manager, keeps the company running with the same care and integrity Jason built it on. Their son McCauley has grown into a leading role on the service team, and their daughter Keeley manages the office, making sure every call is answered and every customer feels taken care of.
